Gastronomy is an important pillar of Los Patios Ibiza. For this reason, we proudly support the job of our Executive Chef, Peru Almandoz, originally from Basque Country.
The third generation to run Urepel, his family restaurant in San Sebastian, Peru is a Michelin star –winning chef who has trained in culinary hotspots around the world from Japan to Puerto Rico. Peru has worked at the famed El Bulli and with esteemed chefs including Luis Irizar, Ferran Adrià and Juan Mari Arzak.
Enormous hand-beaten copper doors framed by ancient olive trees mark the entrance to El Patio, a courtyard full of Jerusalem Thorn trees, which blossom bright yellow in Spring. This secluded sanctuary once hosted the very earliest Ibiza party crowd, from Ursula Andress to Freddie Mercury, the King of Spain and 007.
Indoors, a unique collection of art and photography hangs on the walls of this ancient building, creating a cosy, comfortable space. An intimate hideaway for those in-the-know.
In season, this is where one dines side by side with the true island insiders. Under the night sky we create a Basque-Balearic dining experience with produce from organic and sustainable farms.
Healthy-gourmet à la carte, a daily lunch menu available year-round on weekdays, and an amazing international brunch on weekends in winter.

On warm nights dining al fresco in a lemon grove is what it’s all about. And if the lemon blossoms don’t fill the air with their clean citrus scent, the lemongrass most certainly will.
Passion fruit vines hang gracefully from the stonewalls and our design team have cleverly restored century-old stone troughs to become flowing water features and fountains.
Here in the meadow, our outdoor kitchen prepares barbecued meats, a menu of salads and the naughtiest of summer desserts.
