Let’s admit it, this is Ibiza and Ibiza is synonymous with good times, well, very good times… So, our drinks menu was something of a priority for us. And as such we have multiple bars to explore in Los Patios Ibiza - it is something of a mystery as to the exact amount and locations of all our bars.
Our dedicated mixology bar (we call it “The Lab”) is where our “alchemist” personally tests and tries everything we put on the menu. This is not just about distilling, infusing or fermenting, it is about using the very finest organic ingredients and sharing ideas and produce with the kitchen. Thus, at Los Patios Ibiza not even an orange peel will go to waste when it could be used in a liquor, a bitter, or as a fancy garnish on a seriously stiff cocktail. And yes, of course we offer amazing organic smoothies and freshly squeezed juices, too.
